The Renaissance flutes that I make are copies of various originals from different European collections. I have looked through many historical treatises to find the fingerings that would best work on these instruments. The intonation of my flutes, as with the originals, is based on a just Dorian mode. This means that within the Dorian mode all of the intervals are perfect.

Two different models are available:
After Bassano (A=408, 415 or 440) Bassano
After Schnitzer (A=428 or 440) Schnitzer
